Senior Cloud Presales Solution Architect

As our new Multi-Cloud Solution Architect, you'll join our dynamic presales and delivery team, collaborating with sales and delivery teams to design innovative cloud solutions. You'll craft compelling RFPs, provide technical guidance, and foster strong customer relationships to ensure their needs are met with excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, OCI or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and will work to ensure scalability, security, and reliability of cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• This position is a stakeholder-facing role and embodies the responsibility of capturing prioritization, and delivery of project expectations for all aspects of the projects you work on.
• You can lead technical customer workshops and design a solution meeting the customer requirements on all aspects of the project (Governance, Security, Networking, Billing, Operations).
• You are an advocate for Cloud adoption and enlighten customers in their Cloud Adoption strategy, no matter their Cloud Maturity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you have the ability to communicate tasks, challenges, and results clearly to technical & non-technical colleagues and customers.
• Ability to understand both the business and technical requirements and apply existing, or develop new methodologies to satisfy those requirements

• Engage with clients to assess their needs, create proposals, and design Azure and GCP, OCI and any other hyperscaler provided in order to align with their objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients to deliver seamlessly integrated cloud solutions following architectural frameworks
• Ensure compliance with security standards and safeguard client data during digital transformation initiatives
• Continuously optimize cloud architectures to meet evolving client requirements and industry advancements
• Act as a technical lead on cloud project deliveries, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
• Implement security policies and best practices to safeguard cloud environments.
• Monitor and optimize cloud systems for performance, cost, and scalability.
• Automate cloud processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud solutions.
• Maintain and update cloud documentation and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with cloud governance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with VMware automation platforms and the Aria stack to support cloud and virtualization initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices.
