Raya Information Technology: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Senior Cisco Collaboration Engineer: What will you do?
  • Deploy, and maintain Cisco Collaboration solutions (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, IMP, WebEx, VGWs, etc.).
  • Troubleshooting and performance optimization for voice and video networks.
  • Deploy, and maintain Cisco UCCE solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in contact center environments
  • Follow the projects tasks plan for deploying the installation tasks upon the agreed scope of work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless communication systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest Cisco technologies and industry trends.
