PetroApp, a leading SaaS company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Process Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Business Process Specialist at PetroApp, the ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to drive operational efficiency and improve overall performance.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, conduct process assessments, and develop strategies to streamline operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create process documentation, and implement process changes to achieve desired business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process mapping, data analysis, and standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define process improvement objectives.
- Design and implement process changes, ensuring optimal efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Monitor process performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest corrective actions.
- Train and support team members in implementing new processes and tools.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure successful process implementation and adoption.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging process improvement methodologies.
