Job Description

Senior Business Developer

Mission:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mall segment, including projects with mall consultants.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including mall developers, consultants, and decision-makers.

Lead the end-to-end project management process, from initial client engagement to project delivery and post-project evaluation.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.


Requirements
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision makers at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
