Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst (Based in Egypt) to drive the integration of service design concepts into the business requirements, with deep technical background.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of business analysis with expertise in service design to ensure the delivery of user-centric solutions.
- This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define epics and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Apply service design principles to enhance user-centricity in solutions.
- Conduct user research and map customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to prioritize development work.
- Support the development team by clarifying requirements and addressing queries.
- Lead UAT efforts by defining test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to execute UAT and document findings.
- Validate that delivered solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
- Facilitate workshops to align business goals with user requirements.
- Present findings and project updates to executive teams and stakeholders.
Required:
- Master degree in Business Administration, Service Design, or a related field is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with exposure to service design.
- Strong understanding of UAT processes, including planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (business doc will be in Arabic)
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies.
- Experience in large-scale service design or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or Lucidchart for process mapping.
