Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to drive the integration of service design concepts into the business requirements phase of our projects. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of business analysis with expertise in service design to ensure the delivery of user-centric solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define epics and user stories, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence, and contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate outcomes.
DescriptionBusiness Analysis Leadership: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage project documentation using Jira and Confluence to ensure transparency and alignment. And get customer signature for requirements.
Service Design Implementation: - Apply service design principles to enhance user-centricity in solutions.
- Conduct user research and map customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Develop service blueprints to document current and future states of processes.
Agile Collaboration: - Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to prioritize development work.
- Support the development team by clarifying requirements and addressing queries.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): - Lead UAT efforts by defining test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to execute UAT and document findings.
- Validate that delivered solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: - Facilitate workshops to align business goals with user requirements.
- Present findings and project updates to executive teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts in business analysis and service design practices.
Requirements - IT Bachelor
- Master degree in Business Administration, Service Design, or a related field is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with exposure to service design.
- Proficiency in writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for documentation and project tracking.
- Strong understanding of UAT processes, including planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (business doc will be in Arabic).
Preferred Skills: - Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies.
- Experience in large-scale service design or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or Lucid chart for process mapping.
