We work very closely with Microsoft Product Engineering teams across a wide variety of technologies to make sure we bring the latest innovations to our customers. TechLabs London is going through a significant growth, and we are looking to expand our team by bringing in a dynamic and proactive Business Analyst and CRM Functional Consultant, working in our Development Centre of Excellence in Cairo, Egypt.Job Purpose: As a Business Analyst and CRM Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, project delivery teams, and other business units to understand, define and document complex requirements and business processes.



Responsibilities:



  • Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of Power Platform Apps, and Dynamics 365 solutions with configurations, customisations and integrations to meet customer needs and project objectives.



  • Conduct requirements workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for end-users.



  • Works closely with the Solutions team to develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer-term needs.



  • Provides functional and technical input and guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans.



  • Provides current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.



  • Communicates complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills.



  • Balances business users’ requests and requirements with technical constraints



  • Assists with providing inputs to the project plans, estimates and scope for sales proposals and statements of work.



  • Documents and writes up specifications for technical team members and developers in a clear and concise approach.



  • Experienced in creating documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Requirements Specification Documents (RSD), user manuals, and other training materials.
