Senior Business Analyst
Job Description:
• Identify appropriate representatives for each user class and negotiate their responsibilities.
• Write requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely.
• Specify quality attributes, external interfaces, and constraints.
• Represent requirements using alternative views, such as visual analysis models, prototypes, or simulations, where appropriate.
• Lead requirements validation activities to confirm that a solution based on the requirements would meet customer needs and achieve the business objectives.
• facilitate ongoing requirements prioritization.
• Track requirements status throughout the project.
• Manage changes to baselined requirements through effective and appropriate application of change control processes and tools.
• Make sure that all the aims of the project are met.
• Use tools such as JIRA and AZURE to keep track of people and progress.
• Hands on wireframes using mock-plus or AXURE tools
• Hands on diagrams tools using MS-Visio, and or ARIS
Job requirements:
• Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent from accredited university
• Technical back ground in development or software testing
• +3 years' experience including 1-2 years as BA/SA
• Strong analytical skills
• Worked in many business domains
