Job Description:
Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, define, and prioritize business requirements. Create and document business process flows, functional specifications, and system architecture designs. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and ensure clear communication of requirements. Analyze key business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Oversee all stages of product development, including planning, development, testing, release, and production. Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with stakeholder objectives and business goals. Communicate project plans, progress updates, and deliverables to stakeholders and project managers.
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on design creation and solution implementation. Strong expertise in architecture design modeling and related tools. Proficiency in requirements-gathering techniques and tools (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys). Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project methodologies. Excellent skills in process mapping, re-engineering, and data analysis. Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Lucid chart, draw.io) and documentation management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Loop).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline. Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with significant business impact. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Adaptability to new technologies and evolving business needs. Certifications such as CBAP, ScrumMaster (CSM), or PSPO are highly desirable.
