Job Purpose
As a Business Sr. Analyst, you would be the primary point of contact for chat platform end users for Chat BOT and IVR (Interactive Voice Response), closely work with frontline staff and Site managers across teams, eliminating redundancies and improving efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
o Analyze user needs and translate them into functional specifications.
o Ensure alignment with business objectives and user expectations.
o Document expected outcomes and acceptance criteria.
o Lead process excellence initiatives and strategic business improvement projects
o Drive process optimization, cost reduction, customer experience, and operational excellence
