Job Description

  • Lead clients' requirements elicitation sessions
  • Understand and negotiate stakeholders' needs and expectations and their pain points
  • Create and maintain (meeting schedules, meeting minutes, project summaries and updates)
  • Clearly document business and systems requirements (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams and identified risks)
  • Responsible for both detailed (functional and non-functional) solution requirements
  • Supporting developers, integrators, testers and implementation engineers by resolving requirements questions or business concerns raised during the integration, testing and implementation phases
  • Conducting post-implementation solution evaluation, testing and assessment
  • Conducting presales activities
  • Analyzing and modeling the business processes, laws, regulations, business rules, procedures and policies using VISIO, ARIS or other modelling tools (is a plus)
  • Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans, specifications, estimating time, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts
  • Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines
