Role Overview: As the Senior Branding and Marketing Specialist, you will lead efforts to enhance our brand identity and execute high-impact marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brand's marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping to define the messaging that drives growth. Responsibilities
+ Lead the development and execution of integrated brand marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels.
+ Manage brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and campaigns.
+ Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
+ Analyze campaign performance and key metrics to optimize marketing efforts and report on ROI.
+ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external, including agencies, vendors, and media partners.
+ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the brand.
+ Lead content creation, digital strategies, and brand storytelling to engage customers effectively.
+ Monitor and evaluate industry best practices to continuously improve brand marketing initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in brand management and marketing. Proven track record in building and scaling brand marketing strategies. Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and social media platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing data to drive marketing decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
