Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Branding and Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy and digital marketing efforts in the fast-paced technology sector. You will play a key role in shaping the brand's voice, positioning, and digital presence to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and long-term growth. This role requires a mix of creative vision, data-driven strategy, and hands-on execution.
Brand Strategy & Development
- Define and execute brand strategy aligned with company vision, mission, and goals.
- Lead the evolution and consistency of brand identity across all digital and offline touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging across product, sales, and customer experience teams.
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the organization.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social, content, influencer marketing, paid media).
- Optimize marketing performance using analytics and A/B testing tools.
- Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and tech innovations.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ROI, and KPIs.
Content & Creative Direction
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for web, social media, email, blog, and video platforms.
- Manage internal and external creative teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
- Craft narratives and campaigns that clearly articulate the value of complex tech solutions.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment.
- Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and industry influencers.
