Kemet Corporation for BIM Engineering is looking for " BIM Senior Mechanical Engineer" to be a part of their team.
Job Duties:
- Leading the development and implementation of BIM standards and processes within the organization.
- Collaborating with project teams to establish BIM project objectives, strategies, and work plans.
- Overseeing the preparation and production of BIM models for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Reviewing BIM models and ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications.
- Providing technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM-related issues.
- Developing and delivering BIM training programs for staff members. Conducting quality control checks on BIM deliverables.
- Participating in the development of proposals and bids for new projects.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
- Mentoring junior BIM staff members and guiding their professional development.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- From 5 to 8 years of experience.
- Strong experience in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting).
- Very good experience in Revit & Navisworks is a must.
- Design validation and calculation experience.
- Clash detection and coordination experience.
- Shop drawing experience in multiple projects.
- Create and manage BIM families is a must.
- Very good knowledge in BIM workflows & Managing various 3D disciplines model.
- Knowledge in Preparing RFIs & Technical reports.
- Construction industry background is preferred.
