Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and planning for various projects, from initial concept through to completion. You will manage design teams, engage directly with clients, and ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining design quality and meeting both functional and regulatory requirements.
Tasks & Duties:
- Lead and manage architectural design projects of varying scales and complexity, ensuring creative, innovative, and functional design solutions.
- Provide clear direction to junior architects and design teams, offering mentorship and guidance in their professional development.
- Develop design concepts and schematic drawings, Full Arch. package drawing , Bill of Quantities , ensuring that the design vision aligns with client expectations and project requirements, with full awareness for the fit-out projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, vision, and objectives for each project, and translate these into architectural designs.
- Present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, addressing feedback and incorporating revisions as necessary.
- Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future work.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that design milestones are met, and projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to integrate building systems and technical requirements into the design.
- Manage the preparation and review of design documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and presentations.
- Ensure that designs comply with all relevant local codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor the construction progress, ensuring design intent is maintained and quality is upheld throughout the construction phase.
- Review and approve project deliverables, ensuring they meet the firm’s standards for design excellence, accuracy, and completeness.
- Champion innovative design solutions, incorporating new technologies and materials to enhance the functionality and sustainability of buildings.
- Ensure projects align with sustainability goals and LEED or other green building certifications when applicable.
- Contribute to the development of project budgets and ensure that costs are managed efficiently throughout the project.
- Monitor project timelines and coordinate resources to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Fine arts / Applied Arts or any similar field from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect (preferably with LEED or other sustainable design certification).
- Minimum of 7–10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in a variety of project types (e.g., F&B, Retail, commercial, residential, civic, institutional).
- Expertise in design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, 3Ds max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and teams simultaneously.

- Ability to think strategically, solve complex design challenges, and deliver high quality.
