Job Description


Principal Architect with the ability to supervise juniors and be responsible for reviewing the technical accuracy of the deliverables.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Takes responsibility for checking juniors' work for quality project delivery.
  • Takes ownership of the delivery of smaller projects or single discipline tasks.
  • A key performer in interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Cross-check the design/ scheme for compliance and verify consultant information.
  • Review the planning application/ submission requirements.
  • Ability to liaise with clients and contractors to design as per the client's brief in compliance with the local planning policy guidelines and recommendations of statutory authority.
  • Review the project-related technical documents.
  • Responsible for deriving the strategy to set up the project in a manner relevant to the forthcoming stages of work.

Core Requirements:


  • B.Arch. Graduates with above 20 years of relevant work experience. Master (M. Arch) is preferable.
  • Advanced knowledge of the sequence of the construction and the usage of different elements within the framework and competent with the technical terms of building elements.
  • Full understanding of RIBA Stages of Work.
  • Demonstrates good coordination ability to address the needs and requirements of other disciplines.

  • Navis works – Dynamo
  • AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, Indesign, Enscape (preferred)
