Job Description
Provide Level 2 support for AppDynamics. Monitor application performance and stability. Identify and resolve performance-related issues in applications. Ensure system stability through proactive monitoring and reporting.

Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent analytical thinking to assess and recommend improvements. Ability to manage and work under high-pressure situations.
Technical Skills
• Proficient in using AppDynamics and other Application Performance Management (APM) tools.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java and .NET.
• Experience with SQL for database interactions and queries.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and its impact on application performance.
