  • CMS Management Oversee and manage the operation of SiteCore CMS ensuring optimal performance and usability
  • Issue Resolution Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve issues related to performance updates and configurations
  • System Monitoring Monitor CMS health and identify potential problems before they impact users or systems
  • Updates and Patches Apply updates patches and configurations to SiteCore CMS as necessary
  • Collaboration Work closely with other teams development QA infrastructure to resolve cross-functional issues and enhance CMS functionality
  • Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues solutions and operational procedures
  • Customer Support Provide second-level support for escalated issues from the help desk and end-users
