Job Description
Provide application support for K2 workflow solutions, ensuring smooth operation and addressing workflow-related issues Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve performance issues and system incidents related to K2 workflows Continuously monitor K2 workflows and systems to identify potential problems and resolve them proactively Work closely with other teams to address system incidents and improve workflow functionality Maintain thorough documentation of incidents, solutions, and system configurations for efficient troubleshooting Ensure optimal performance of K2 solutions by addressing performance bottlenecks and optimizing workflows Provide second-level support for escalated issues and help desk queries related to K2 workflows
Personal Skills
Ability to analyze complex issues and find efficient solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and document issues clearly. Ability to create and maintain organized documentation for technical support and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in K2 Workflow Designer and K2 Black Pearl is essential for designing and maintaining workflows.
• Strong understanding of SQL is necessary to manage and troubleshoot database-related issues.
• Ability to work with the .NET Framework is required to resolve technical issues and enhance system functionality.
• Experience with Windows Server is important to support and ensure the stability of the K2 platform.
