The Premium Hub CoE (Center of Expertise) is a team of SAP experts in the organization which focuses on delivering desired outcomes and experiences for our customers globally through premium advisory, support, and services. The delivery of quality services serves as a catalyst for the software adoption that allows our customers to accelerate their digital transformation journeys in becoming intelligent enterprises.


PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES


The premium hub CoE drives efficiency and effectiveness of customer business processes through solid operations and continuous innovation adoption of SAP software solutions. The goal is to enable our customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential with optimal TCO (total cost of ownership) and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operation. The CoE works directly with the world’s largest customers in the most exciting industries.


EXPECTATION AND TASKS


Your role involves utilizing your technical and functional expertise to deliver a portfolio of services that drive value creation through a combination of best practices, tools, knowledge, and experience to catalyze rapid time-to-value and accelerate the customers’ transition to the cloud. You need good SAP Analytics, Data Management and Planning Software capabilities. You are expected to be self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, with good analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. According to your experience, strengths, and customer needs, you will conduct some of the following tasks:


  • Provide onsite and remote Process Consultancy via project engineering, assessment, and safeguarding services from SAP's best practice solutions.
  • Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
  • Plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients.
  • Help with defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines for the relevant areas of expertise.
  • Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization.
  • Develop the expertise of a CoE Business Processes Consultant with SAP’s analytics, data management, and planning products and technologies, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW, etc.

MANDATORY SKILLS


  • 5+ years working experience.
  • A minimum of 2 full cycle project implementations in SAP Business Warehouse and Analytics
  • University degree (Bachelor or Masters) in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent
  • Strong practical experience with SAP Analytics solutions (e.g., SAC, BOBJ).
  • Strong practical experience Data Management solution know how (e.g., SAP Datasphere, BW, HANA Modeling, etc.).
  • Programming Skills (preferable SAP ABAP and SQL Script)
  • Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems.
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Very high Customer focus and Customer facing skills (Handling customer escalations).

PREFERABLE SKILLS


  • Planning process knowledge in specific lines of business, like Finance, Sales, Marketing, or others
  • SAP Planning solution know how (e.g., SAC, BPC).
