Senior Advisory Operations SpecialistCairo Operations – Business Operations / Full Time / Hybrid Responsibilities+ Provide comprehensive project management support for all technical proposal related tasks. + Receive RFPs from the government procurement platform.+ Collect, organize and archive all received RFPs in the shared drive.+ Gather all required data from RFPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness. + Conduct through analysis of business opportunities from RFPs, evaluating viability and strategic alignment.+ Manage RFPs and other business opportunities within the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth proposal operations.+ Identify and escalate potential issues or challenges to the relevant stakeholders.+ Monitor all deadlines (submission dates, Q/A sessions, client meeting) to ensure timely compliance.+ Support stakeholders in executing related initiatives effectively.+ Develop and implement business development plans targeting keys areas for growth.Qualifications+ Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Operations or related filed.+ Consulting experience is preferred.+ In-depth understanding of business development process and requirements.+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive analyses of business opportunities.+ Advanced reporting skills with experience creating detailed reports and data presentations.+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
