As aSenior Administration Officer oversee and manage the administrative functions within the organization. you must have extensive experience in administration, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently while supporting the overall operations of the company


Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate daily administrative operations.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Manage office facilities and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Monitor and report on budget allocations and expenses.
  • Support administrative staff with guidance and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational efficiency.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal events and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in streamlining administrative processes.
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks.
  • Oversee the management of office technology systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years in administrative roles with management responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of office management procedures and financial principles.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Professionalism, problem-solving ability, and adaptability.
