Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Oversee daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.Conduct costing analysis and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and reporting findings to management.Manage and process invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate records. Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations. Assist in internal and external audit processes as required.Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis, supporting business decision-making processes.Utilize accounting software to record, track, and manage financial transactions accurately.Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget alignment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-4 years in general accounting, with exposure to costing and budgeting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. Strong business writing and communication skills in English. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage department responsibilities autonomously.
