The Opportunity
This position works out of our [Egypt office] in the international finance operation division Center of excellence (COE)
What You’ll Do:
Prepare invoices and expense statements for data entry and post to BPCS AP Accounting for middle east countries. Liaise with vendors and internal departments (including all company divisions) on all queries relating to Accounts Payable Payment to vendors as per company policy Perform vendor statement reconciliations Prepare the information requested by internal and external Auditors & deal with queries arising Ensuring the integrity of internal financial controls Projects & Other Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely month end close for corporate reporting. Inter-company processing and reconciliation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance-REQUIRED Fluency in English Knowledge of US GAAP
6 years of experience preferred in AP
Preferred past experience with
Shared Services.
knowledge of ERP & SAP4HANA - PREFERRED Strong knowledge of accounting. Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proactive nature. Reasonable skill level on Excel, Word & Outlook.
