Talent 360 is Hiring for our client MisrComm a Senior Account Manager to join their team.About the client:Misr Commercial and Industrial Company (MCIC) was established as the sole Egyptian agent and distributor of Bohler International, a worldwide pioneer in the field of Special Steel Alloys and non-ferrous alloys. A large number of Egypt-based companies depend on Bohler for high-preforming and efficient tool steels. MCIC exists to fill this need. MCIC began with a focus on the public sector and military factories, quickly establishing itself as a dependable and dedicated supplier.As the oldest player in the local market, and thanks to a long-standing close collaboration with Bohler, MCIC continues to hold a reputation for excellence and commitment.Main Responsibilities:-Maintaining relationships with existing clients and expanding relationships with potential clients.-Research and source new potential clients.-Seek new sales opportunities.-Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.-Liaise between the customer and internal teams.-Resolve customers' complaints effectively and respectfully.-Create reports for upper management.-Keep updated with industry and market trends and best practices.-Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.-Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in business or related field.-Minimum 3 years of experience.-Experience in CRM is a must.-Fluent in both Arabic and English in both verbal and writing.-Professional user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.-Excellent reporting skills.-Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.-Strong verbal and written communication skills.Benefits:Attractive SalarySocial Insurance Location:Downtown HQ Working Days:From Sunday to Thursday Weekends: Friday & SaturdayWebsite:http://www.ahsaddik.com/en/
