SiFi is hiring now for a "Sr. Account Executive"!

SiFi is a rapidly growing B2B Fin-Tech company transforming expense management for businesses in Saudi Arabia. As a licensed EMI from the Saudi Central Bank, we empower companies with innovative tools to simplify finance management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and strategic prospects.
  • Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies and plans.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead complex sales cycles and negotiate enterprise-level deals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer success) to align resources and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline and revenue for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and generate reports as needed.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of managing high-value accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with enterprise-level sales cycles and complex deal structures.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies and account management best practices.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities.
