Job Description

Role Purpose

Using the agile framework and Cloud & Security Squad to deliver the roadmap, building the product technically, managing all the preparation needed from a commercial perspective, Support model and Pricing.
Drive the Security roadmap, and product development of the different Security Product families, Service categories, and technologies; to ensure delivering a world-class customer experience that puts Vodafone Egypt as a market leader in the Security business. Also to help the customer in his digital transformation journey. 




Role Profile
  •  Product Development
  • Managing the entire Security products life cycle from technical design, and tactical activities with different suppliers, Security Vendors, internal technology teams, and commercials
  • Defining and productizing product features by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  •  Managing the complete end-to-end high- and low-level Security solutions design and implementation with EBU customers
  • Managing Agile Security Squad and maintaining delivery SLA.
  • Working with Technology Vendors (ex.  Paloalto, F5, Fortinet, Trendmicro, ..etc..) as well as hyperscalers (ex. AWS, Microsoft Azure,..etc.) to build and expand business values and market penetration.
  • Understanding the customer’s experience, to identify and fill product gaps
  • Developing value propositions to target specific segments
  • Taking ownership of the backlog for specific products, and shaping the customer’s journey end-to-end
  • Developing user stories, articulate acceptance criteria, and guide the development
  • Ensuring that the deliverables meet the defined timelines
  • Working as the crucial link between the technology and the business
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
  • Preparing GTM plan to launch the product with the marketing team
  • Monitoring product performance
