At dopay, we provide innovative payroll solutions for businesses, offering a seamless platform for salary disbursement. As we expand, we’re seeking a skilled and dynamic SDR Manager to lead our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring effective lead generation and pipeline growth.


Position Overview:


The SDR Manager will oversee and mentor the SDR team, driving the strategy for outbound and inbound lead generation to meet company sales targets. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and optimizing SDR performance while closely collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads to the Mid-market and Enterprise sales teams.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead, manage, and mentor the SDR team, fostering a high-performance culture.


• Develop strategies and processes to ensure SDRs meet and exceed lead generation goals and KPIs.


• Train SDRs on effective prospecting techniques, objection handling, and qualifying leads.


• Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on inbound lead strategies and messaging.


• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular feedback, guidance, and actionable improvement plans.


• Manage the SDR team’s workflow and ensure data integrity within the CRM (HubSpot).


• Design and implement outreach campaigns, including email, social, and call strategies, to engage target prospects.


• Partner with the Mid-market and Enterprise sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.


• Regularly report on SDR activity and lead generation performance to senior management.


• Continuously improve the SDR playbook by introducing new tools, technologies, and best practices.
