Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Scrum Master for a squad of digital analytics engineers, facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and values, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. • Ensure that the squad follows Scrum best practices and adheres to Agile processes, tools, and frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to prioritize backlog items, define user stories, and establish sprint goals.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the squad's progress, leveraging servant leadership to support the team and promote self-organization.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the squad and with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations.
• Track and monitor sprint progress, burndown charts, and team velocity, providing visibility into project status and identifying risks or issues.
• Coordinate dependencies and interactions with other squads or teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of efforts across the organization.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the squad, encouraging experimentation, feedback, and adaptation.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages open communication, trust, and accountability, celebrates successes, and learns from failures.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, and stakeholders to share best practices, lessons learned, and insights for improving Agile delivery.
• Participate in Agile transformation initiatives, contributing to the evolution of Agile practices and methodologies within the organization.
• Act as a change agent and advocate for Agile principles and values, driving cultural transformation and organizational agility.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, leading Agile teams with a proven track record of successfully delivering Digital solutions in the telecom industry.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required. Additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or SAFe Agilist (SA) are a plus.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices, with experience implementing Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools and methodologies is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives concurrently, with a focus on delivering business value and meeting customer needs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and driving cultural change and organizational agility.
• Passion for Agile principles and continuous improvement, with a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
