Job Description

Wanas Apps is a fast-growing Zoho Partner dedicated to helping businesses achieve their digital transformation goals through customized Zoho and ERP solutions. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide and support our Agile teams in delivering high-value, client-focused products.


As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Agile principles, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, and removing obstacles to keep our teams aligned and productive. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders to help deliver top-quality solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as a servant leader for the Agile team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
  • Coach the team in Agile practices, encouraging self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove obstacles to ensure the team can deliver its commitments.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment by fostering open communication and strong relationships.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to monitor team productivity and health.
  • Continuously assess and improve Agile processes, adapting methods as necessary to best serve the team’s needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:


  • Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a minimum of [X years] in an Agile environment. Experience with Zoho or other ERP system implementations is a plus.
  • Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
  • Agile Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. Familiarity with other Agile methodologies like Kanban is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence and facilitate discussions effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to proactively identify and remove impediments, facilitate conflict resolution, and support the team in meeting its goals.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience using Agile tools like Jira, Asana, or similar for backlog management and reporting.
  • Coaching Mindset: Ability to mentor team members in Agile principles and help them achieve a high level of performance.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Zoho, CRM, ERP systems, or similar business solutions.
