Job Description
Objective:
Responsible for coordinating and coaching our software development team, acting as a vital link between product owners and team members throughout the development/implementation phase.
What you'll do!
Supervising the scope of each project and ensuring the timely fulfillment of deadlines.
Serving as the point of contact for external communications (e.g., customers or stakeholders)
Coordinating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
Supporting the development team in adopting Agile and Scrum practices, Identifying and troubleshooting obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
Monitoring and provide comprehensive reports on the progress of the team, actively assisting in the identification and resolution of any issues to reach the highest level of scrum maturity.
Coordinating with Product Owners and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog and new requests.
Guaranteeing the adherence of deliverables to established quality standards upon the conclusion of each sprint.
What should you have?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or any related field
Min. 3 years of experience as scrum master
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
