Job Description

Objective:

  • Responsible for coordinating and coaching our software development team, acting as a vital link between product owners and team members throughout the development/implementation phase.
What you'll do!

  • Supervising the scope of each project and ensuring the timely fulfillment of deadlines.
  • Serving as the point of contact for external communications (e.g., customers or stakeholders)
  • Coordinating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
  • Supporting the development team in adopting Agile and Scrum practices, Identifying and troubleshooting obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
  • Monitoring and provide comprehensive reports on the progress of the team, actively assisting in the identification and resolution of any issues to reach the highest level of scrum maturity.
  • Coordinating with Product Owners and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog and new requests.
  • Guaranteeing the adherence of deliverables to established quality standards upon the conclusion of each sprint.
What should you have?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or any related field
  • Min. 3 years of experience as scrum master
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Scrum Master certification is preferred
  • understanding of software development processes
  • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies
  • Proficiency in the use of JIRA and analytic tools
