About the RoleAs a School Integration Teacher, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the life of a child facing behavioral, neurodevelopmental, academic and emotional challenges. Your focus will be on promoting their academic development and psychosocial well-being through our integrated psychology programs.
You’ll work full-time with one child during school hours at an international school, helping them integrate into the mainstream classroom and develop their social and emotional skills to become an active member of their community.
What to Expect as a School Integration Teacher at CIPPO:
  • Skill Development: Assist in enhancing the child’s abilities through academic support and engaging games, utilizing evidence-based behavioral strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with parents, learning support teams, school counselors, practitioners, and therapists to unify efforts for the child’s benefit.
  • Curriculum Adaptation: Tailor instructional materials to meet the child’s learning needs with guidance from our training programs and online resources.
  • Progress Reporting: Send daily updates to parents regarding the child’s achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Build Connections: Establish a strong and enjoyable rapport with the child you support.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
  • You are a passionate, energetic, and empathetic individual with excellent communication abilities.
  • Focused on delivering outstanding experiences, you are a proactive self-starter who strives for excellence.
  • Equipped with strong research skills and creative problem-solving capabilities, you will apply innovative strategies for remarkable outcomes.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in educational or psychological settings.
  • Proficiency in English at C1 to C2 level.
  • Relevant qualifications such as ABA, RBT, PGcert, or specialized courses in psychology or education.
  • A resident of Cairo, Egypt.
