Work at any stage on a business and technology transformation project
Identify scope, define requirements, and create functional and/or technical specifications
Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs
Coordinate the implementation of the solution and support change efforts
Utilize deep functional, industry, or offering expertise and domain knowledge
- 3+ Years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and requirements.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skill
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus
