Job Description
Job Role We are seeking a skilled Associate SAP Consultant to join our IT department, that mainly contributes and consults with his team at different phases of internal company projects including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. The role involves recommendation, configuration, evaluation and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable our internal clients to meet the changing needs of the automotive business landscape.
Job Responsibilities Diagnose reported issues and try to resolve them using available information resources and researches.
Escalate unresolved issues or those requiring urgent attention to concerned consultant or Senior consultant.
Learn and understand the Business & IT environments including; understanding business processes, automotive and Al-Mansour businesses, SAP, assigned modules and the implementation of assigned SAP module/s.
Participate in the development and update of user manuals.
Participate in the on-the-job training and preparation and update of training materials to end users.
Prepare activity reports.
Respond to requests for support/assistance in person, via phone or electronically.
Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
Track requests and document resolutions.
Education Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information TechnologyRequired Qualifications & Skills Minimum Qualifications:
ITI Diploma in Software Engineering, ERP Track, in one of SAP Modules is an advantage.
Minimum Experience:
At least 2+ years of experience as SAP SD functional consultant implementing ERPs (preferably SAP).
Exposure to the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
Exposure to SAP IS-Automotive is a plus.
Experience with CVI is a huge Plus.
Experience with VMS is a Plus
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
At least 2+ years of experience as SAP SD functional consultant.
Must demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, CO, etc.).
At Least 1 end-to-end project implementations is preferred.
Good interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.
Good problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure without any supervision, flexible, and a good team player.
