Job Description
Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP SD module. Utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client targeted business results.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD module to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Design configuration and testing.
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client’s needs.
- Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provide direction and leadership.
- Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
- Cooperate with consultants from other modules such as FI/CO, PP, and MM.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards.
- Document any changes made on the life cycles.
- Knowledge transfer to other team members.
- Produce periodic work achievements to SAP Manager and communicate as appropriate.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
