Job context; Working as Salesman will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and providing a top-notch shopping experience. The Salesperson should have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the jewelry industry.

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service by understanding their needs and guiding them to the right products.
• Explain product features, including jewelry materials, styles, and gemstones, to help customers make informed decisions.
• Achieve sales targets by actively promoting jewelry items and upselling when appropriate.
• Assist with store layout, merchandising, and inventory control to maintain an attractive and organized store.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the latest trends and designs in jewelry.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by offering personalized services and follow-ups.

• Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar retail role, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customers professionally.
• Knowledge of different types of gemstones, metals, and jewelry styles is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
