Salesforce Administrator
Cairo Product – Product Management / Full-Time / On-site We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team to ensure our company capitalizes on the benefits offered by this innovative CRM system. Salesforce Administrator's responsibilities include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products. Ultimately, you will work with the engineering team to ensure our organization utilizes different tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce effectively and efficiently. + Ensure the optimal performance of Salesforce systems, products, certificates, and integrations.
+ Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
+ Managing Salesforce hierarchy, roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, public groups, and permission sets.
+ Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
+ Resolve user support tickets.
+ Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.
+ Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our Organization.
+ Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed.
Who you are !!
+ Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator, developer or similar role
+ Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
+ Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
+ Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
+ Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
+ In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
+ A bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred
+ Salesforce Administrators work with various stakeholders to define system requirements, customize Salesforce technology and figure out what works best for everyone in the organization.
+ Developing reports,
+ Creating report types,
+ Managing flows,
+ Handling custom metadata types,
+ Adding users and managing resetting passwords to maintain data quality/integrity + Deactivate users
+ Adding fields to objects and mapping fields
+ Running backups to ensure stakeholders use Salesforce correctly.
+ Expanding or refining sharing rules and access privileges so records can be properly viewed and manipulated (while keeping the “special records” locked or hidden altogether).
+ Transfer record ownership due to changes in job responsibility or territory coverage.
+ Run all APEX tests in the system to spot any new errors that may have crept in due to “harmless” changes in validation rules, triggers, or data “clean up.”
+ Run a full system backup
+ A good Salesforce Administrator must be an expert with all Salesforce tools to help their organization adapt tools correctly. They also need to have good communication skills to ensure stakeholders’ needs are met.
+ A certification of Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certificate
Main Stakeholders you will work with
+ A Salesforce Administrator will report to the Head of Product Management and product managers to ensure other stakeholders receive the services they need.
+ You will also work with the engineering team from the Backend to Quality assurance.
+ Manage the relation and align with Salesforce Platinum Partners who are considered with the implementation and development of our new features on salesforce.
