Job Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Training and Quality Specialist to support and enhance the performance of our sales team. This role is key to ensuring the quality of customer interactions and the effectiveness of our sales approach. The ideal candidate will assess and monitor the quality of customer interactions, design and deliver impactful training programs, and work with the sales team to improve skills and knowledge continuously.


Key Responsibilities:



Quality Monitoring: Review and assess the quality of sales team interactions with customers, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.


Training Program Development: Develop and maintain sales training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources tailored to dopay’s sales objectives and market.


Training Delivery: Conduct regular training sessions for new hires, as well as refresher courses for existing team members, covering topics like product knowledge, sales techniques, customer engagement and CRM usage and best practices.


Performance Analysis: Use metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training and quality improvements, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments.


Collaborative Coaching: Work closely with sales managers to identify skill gaps and create individualized coaching plans to enhance sales performance.


Continuous Learning: Stay updated on best practices in sales techniques, customer engagement, and industry knowledge to ensure the training program remains relevant.


Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from sales team members on training effectiveness and use it to improve future sessions.


Sales Process Optimization: Recommend adjustments to the sales process, scripts, and approaches based on insights gathered from quality assessments.
