Job Description

The Sales Support role in Heliopolis, Cairo, is a vital position within the FMCG industry, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in sales support, providing a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist in various administrative tasks, support sales representatives, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  2. Manage and maintain customer databases and records.
  3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information regarding products and services.
  5. Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  6. Support the organization of sales events and promotional activities.
  7. Assist in the development of marketing materials and sales collateral.
  8. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  9. Help in resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.
  10. Maintain a positive relationship with clients to encourage repeat business.
