Description



JOB PURPOSE
To complete and collect missing documents and signed application from and to customers to finalize sales deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1- Collect the documents from customers applying for credit cards as per the appointments set by the online acquisition agents as well as obtain the customer signature on the applications.
2- Attest with his name and signature on the customer application and required documents following the original seen procedures.
3- collect missing documents to complete the application needed to be salvaged or to support the coding process.
4- Deliver all the required documents to the concerned parties.
5- Refer any received inquiries to his direct manager.
6- Adhere to health and safety procedures, treat the bank data and documents with extreme care and confidentiality & perform his task with great accuracy.

Qualifications



Qualifications & Experience
•High School, Diploma or Technical Institutions Certificate or its equivalent.
• Fresh graduate or experienced candidates.
Skills
• Good command of English & Arabic languages
