Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and expand our presence in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong 3PL background, with over 10 years of experience in sales, business development, and supply chain operations. This role is critical in promoting our new cost-per-case model, which integrates CRM, sales, operational capacity, and advanced planning across warehousing, demand planning, trucking, and distribution services for modern trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy aimed at growing the company’s market share in the FMCG sector, with a focus on 3PL warehousing, transportation, and distribution services.

• Lead new client acquisition efforts and manage key relationships with modern trade partners, ensuring optimal service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Align closely with internal teams to ensure sales targets are met in conjunction with warehouse capacity, demand planning, and operational capabilities.

• Negotiate and finalize service agreements, particularly those involving cost-per-case models, while ensuring profitability and alignment with customer needs.

• Leverage CRM systems and sales analytics to monitor performance metrics and drive business growth.

• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership, identifying market trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.

• Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue goals.


Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a solid background in 3PL and logistics environments.

• Proven experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in warehousing, transportation, and distribution, with a focus on modern trade.

• Strong understanding of CRM systems, and sales strategies.

• Supply chain certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, SCOR-P) is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
