Your Responsibilities...


  • Market analysis;
    • Monitor the market activities and market needs in the territory, store the information in a searchable manner accessible to management, and provide overview during business review meetings.
    • Based on the guideline given by the regional sales manager, look out for partners in the region to line up with (resellers, distributors, agents, workshops, …)
    • Constantly monitor competitors’ activities in the region.
    • Monitor exiting, developing, and shrinking market developments.
  • Direct sales;
    • Find new customers for all three business lines.
    • Maintain relationships with existing customer and learn about their projects and potential.
    • Prepare and provide quotations and negotiate.
    • Support other sales activities if requested by the regional sales manager.
  • Support indirect sales channel partners (resellers, distributors, and agents) in the region;
    • Be the first point of contact for existing indirect sales channel partners in the region.
    • Coordinate sales activities with indirect sales channel partners in accordance with the directions given by the regional sales manager.
    • Constantly monitor performance of existing indirect sales channel partners.
    • Monitor market for better suited sales channel partners.
  • Marketing & Communication;
    • Promote new products online (if applicable) and in front of customers.
    • Support or perform seminars and appearances in trade shows / exhibitions in the region.
  • Other;
    • Maintain relations and exchange market insights within the Atlas Copco customer centres in the region.
    • Continuously improve product knowledge, application knowledge, personality, and behaviour.

What we expect from you...


Qualifications;


  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Scientific degree.
  • You already have some Vacuum equipment & applications knowledge.
  • Vacuum Industry background is preferred but not required.
  • 1-4 years working experience in a sales position
  • C4 literacy

  • Good preresentation Skills,
  • Strong analytical thinking.
