The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a mid-level Sales Representative with a passion for sales and a knack for building profitable customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be motivated, strategic, and capable of driving growth and enhancing our market position while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Identify prospective clients, generate leads, and manage a sales pipeline. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, and achieve assigned sales objectives. Maintain consistent contact with potential clients and build long-term, fruitful relationships. Effectively demonstrate product features and advantages to clients to facilitate purchasing decisions. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plastics industry. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels within an organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong negotiation skills and a positive attitude.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Experience in wholesale distribution or manufacturing sales. Previous success in a commission-based role. Certifications or continued education in Sales or Marketing. Proficiency in multiple languages.
