Job Description

Key Accountabilities:


Monthly sales targets
•    Follow the sales plan set by the Sales Manager to assure achieving the monthly sales targets.
•    Achieve APAP monthly target.
Follow up. 
•    Follow up and solve the daily issues that maybe raised by his customers in his area through setting a daily visiting plan to his clients.
•    Follow up his customer’s daily invoices and their collected cheques; by assure being submitted to the sales & finance depts.
•    Follow up the credit amounts in his customers by implementing a weekly reconciliation system for his clients and assure not to exceed their aging.
•    Follow up the display in contract and ensure its implementation in the store.
•    Follow up the market share in the stores with alignment with his direct manager
Problem Solving
•    Solving daily market matters and all internal office requirements.


Key Accounts
•    Adequately managing assigned key accounts by providing best sales and services to ensure maximum client satisfaction inline with Fine Solutions objectives.


Reports
•    Submit reports related to market, competition, client and products to the Account Manager


Sales Visits
•    Regular market visits to clients for order taking, discuss new products and services, check product levels, and client’s feedback on service levels and product performance and ensure implementing the APAP.


Development
•    Propose corrective actions and suggestions that shall enhance client satisfaction.
