iSchool is seeking a Sales Quality Intern to support the sales team in monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of customer interactions. This role provides hands-on experience in sales performance analysis, call monitoring, and process improvement within the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will help ensure that sales representatives maintain high-quality communication and follow best practices to enhance customer experience and conversions.
Key Responsibilities: - Call & Chat Monitoring: Review sales calls and chat conversations to assess quality, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Sales Performance Evaluation: Analyze sales representatives’ interactions and provide feedback for improvement.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assist in preparing reports on sales quality metrics and trends.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancing sales scripts, communication techniques, and overall customer interaction quality.
- Training Support: Help in developing training materials and assisting in coaching sessions for the sales team.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve sales processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure high standards in customer communication.
