About the job Sales Operations Manager Q424-Sheraton

NOK Human Capital is hiring a "Sales Operations Manager" for one of the biggest fintech startups providing payment processing solutions


Located in Sheraton.


Key Responsibilities:


1-Lead, manage, and mentor the inside sales team to consistently achieve and


exceed sales targets.


2-Develop training programs and provide ongoing coaching to improve team


performance.


3-Evaluate, refine, and streamline sales processes and workflows to ensure


efficiency and scalability.


Identify areas of improvement and recommend tools, resources, and best


practices to improve team productivity.


4-Oversee the use of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to track key performance


metrics (KPIs) and sales data.


5-Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for


improvement.


6-Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.


7-Ensure that the inside sales team follows best practices and sales techniques to


successfully convert leads into customers.


8-Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure


ooth collaboration and alignment on sales objectives.


9-Work closely with tech teams to ensure seamless integration of payment


processing systems and ensure the team is up to date with product features and


services.


10-Implement processes to enhance customer retention, ensuring that customer


feedback is captured and addressed.


Qualifications:


1-Minimum of 5 years in a sales operations or sales management role,


preferably within the payment processing, fintech, or digital services industries.


2-Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor sales teams, with a track record of


meeting or exceeding targets.


3-CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, and other


sales tracking tools.


4-Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable


insights.


5-Process-Oriented: Ability to optimize sales workflows and design efficient sales


processes.


6-Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with marketing,


product, and tech teams.


7-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of


presenting insights and strategies to senior leadership.
