SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Responsibilities:
Create a comprehensive departmental strategy that outlines clear objectives, performs market analysis, segments customers, and streamlines sales processes for maximum efficiency.
Manage projects and Key Accounts to ensure customer satisfaction is met while achieving sales targets.
Design and implement distribution strategies, setting clear targets, selection criteria, and performance metrics to build a strong and reliable distribution network.
Monitor and track action plans to ensure performance coatings goals and targets are achieved.
Establish standardized procedures and reporting systems to enforce best practices across both retail and project teams.
Lead, develop, and inspire the sales team by setting clear performance targets, offering coaching and ongoing support, and ensuring follow-up in alignment with The Penguin Spirit to maximize team effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications We Look For:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science.
5 + years experience in sales - Infrastructure Market.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English & Arabic
