As a Sales Manager, you will help us meet our B2B acquisition, renewals and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our field sales team's potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
In this role, you will:
- Hire & train field sales team members and onboard new members.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Manage CRM with current clients, increase dubizzle client portfolio, and present dubizzle when acquiring new clients;
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging market trends and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to improve dubizzle Egypt's business in real estate.
- Propose a competitive commission structure.
- Assist in gathering Market insights and setting strategies for telesales (in-house) sales teams.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
