Honeywell is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Leader to spearhead growth across Africa for its Building Management Systems (BMS) business unit. This role will lead a geographically diverse sales team, drive revenue and order growth, and manage key accounts and system integrators across the continent. The successful candidate will be accountable for the region’s full commercial performance, including P&L ownership, demand generation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team across Africa & Levant region, driving performance against revenue, orders, and collection targets.
• Own and manage the Africa P&L for the BMS business, ensuring profitable growth and efficient resource allocation.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new markets across the region.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, and system integrators.
• Drive demand generation activities, marketing initiatives, and pipeline development in alignment with regional growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust go-to-market strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, product, and global teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, pricing frameworks, and ethical standards.

We value:



• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the building technologies, automation, or BMS industry.
• Proven track record of leading diverse teams across regions and delivering strong commercial results.
• Deep understanding of the African market landscape, including working with system integrators and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing full P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.
