Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and contribute to the company's overall growth. This role involves strategic planning, sales performance monitoring, and relationship management with both clients and internal stakeholders. The Sales Manager plays a key role in driving revenue, optimizing sales operations, and aligning sales strategies with the company's objectives.

 

  • Develop and manage the sales team's budget, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze sales funnel data to track performance, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to the General Manager.
  • Set, monitor, and adjust sales quotas to maximize productivity and revenue.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and strategize solutions.
  • Guide the sales team by providing insights into client profiles and industry trends to drive account conversions.
  • Maintain close relationships with clients through regular visits and interactions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Continuously update the company's product and solutions portfolio to stay competitive and ensure technical expertise in new offerings.
  • Participate in key business decisions, including bid/no-bid evaluations, in alignment with company strategy and client potential.
  • Assess and review partner relationships and product compliance with sales strategies.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and facilitate necessary training programs.
  • Evaluate team performance, ensuring regular assessments and career development opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations on the product(s) for customers and sub distributors when needed.
  • Review subordinate offerings quality and quality of service.
  • Prepare activities Status Progress report for the current opportunities and future opportunity forecast.
  • Prepare activities Status Progress report for the won/lost offerings.
  • Prepare activities Status Progress report for customers' services activities and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare activities Status Progress report for distributors performance and compliance to company polices and agreement.
